So...this crazy Halloween week has been nothing but fun and games! Seeing the kids in action and having fun is always such a new experience every year! We were also lucky to have Jon home for the weekend so it was nice to have an extra set of hands and a dad! We started Sunday with our trip to Greenbluff with nana, Uncle Joey and Bonnie and Isabella to pick pumpkins, go on hayrides and eat caramel apples. Monday always starts off working in Cole's kindergarten class which is great to watch the kids learn so fast where I volunteered to decorate Halloween cookies with the class, obviously forgetting I have a baby at home. Then onto all of their sporting events and then squeezing in pumpkin carving.
Tanner always has a hard time deciding what to be...but decided on a skeleton which is perfect for his lanky body! Cole never has trouble, always related to the army, he was a ghost recon army guy, and then sweet Hanna was nothing else but a ballerina. We can't decide yet if she is this prissy or not, but none the less she sure looked cute!
Thursday night we were visited by the "Phantom" which the kids love every year! Friday morning started off with the Kindergarten party where I decorated sugar cookies with the kids, oh what fun! Then onto Tanner's class party which was much less chaos, but crazy costumes. All the kids, including Cole, did the Monster Mash and paraded through all the classes where Cole almost got lost with all the big kids, but of course he loves it! Friday night was finally here and all Cole could do was ask "when can we go trick or treating and how many days is Halloween?"
Tanner trick or treated with his best friend, Dalton, and we took Cole and Hanna, while Nana and Papa stayed at our house to hand out candy and watch the dog! They all got plenty of candy and it was all a success! Thanks!
